Update files:

Unzip the relevant module file (2000 or 97) into the DHIS folder, and overwrite
any existing files.

Unzip the content of Templates.zip into the sub-folder "Templates" under the
DHIS folder.

Run the Pivot Generator (Pvt2L.exe) in the DHIS folder - just start and
stop it again (it will self-register in the Windows registry).

That should be it. If everything is tested and works fine, also copy the 
three zipfiles into the DHIS Module Backup folder under the DHIS folder.
